Processing: ready-to-ship items are normally prepared within 3–5 business days. Original works and made-to-order prints may take 7–14 business days. Commission timelines are confirmed individually before work begins.

Delivery: shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout or in your commission quote. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Buyers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address.

International orders: the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees. If a parcel is returned because it was unclaimed or the address was incorrect, reshipping costs may apply.

Please email hello@ishitaseth.com within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Include your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and item.

Eligible returns must be approved before they are sent, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or an order error occurred. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

Non-returnable: custom commissions, personalised goods, digital downloads, gift cards, and sale items cannot be returned or refunded once work or delivery has begun, except where required by applicable law or if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

A commission is reserved only after the quote, scope, timeline, and payment terms are accepted in writing. A non-refundable booking deposit may be required before work starts; this compensates for time reserved and initial creative work.

One reasonable revision round is included unless the quote says otherwise. Changes that substantially alter the approved brief may require a new quote or timeline. The artist retains copyright and may photograph or share the finished work in a portfolio, unless a written confidentiality agreement says otherwise.

Final physical works ship after the balance is paid. Digital files are supplied for personal use only; reproduction, resale, commercial use, or use in AI training requires written permission from Ishita Seth.

We use the details you provide—such as your name, email, delivery address, and order information—to respond to enquiries, fulfil orders, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Payments should be processed by reputable third-party payment providers. Card or banking details are not stored on this website. Please do not send payment-card details by email or through the contact form. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing hello@ishitaseth.com, subject to record-keeping and legal requirements. Replace this address and add the business’s registered name, address, and jurisdiction before launch.

Artwork colours can vary by screen, print process, lighting, and display calibration. Dimensions, editions, availability, and prices may change without notice. Images on this website are for illustration and portfolio purposes; only the listing or written quote confirms the exact work for sale.
